Inheritance, Innovation and Transcendence | Neusoft Education Technology Group 2023 Award Ceremony Was Successfully Held

Neusoft Education Technology Group 2023 Award Ceremony themed "Inheritance, Innovation, and Transcendence" took place at the headquarters in Dalian on January 18th. Over 1,800 attendees from various business units and departments of the Education Group, along with faculty and staff members from Dalian Neusoft University of Information, award-winning representatives from Chengdu Neusoft University and Neusoft Institute Guangdong were present to witness this momentous occasion celebrating the achievements of Neusoft educators.

The sun rises in the east, and its light scatters everywhere. Neusoft Education was founded more than 23 years ago, from the IT era to the digital era, Neusoft Education closely follows the pace of development of time, adhering to the mission of "Boost Smart Education with Digital Technologies and Empower Students with Innovative Education", with the value of "Innovation, Integration, Progression, Responsibility and Integrity", from Dalian to the whole country, the construction of "one body and two wings" business ecology, relying on the 4S product service system, Continue to empower China's digital talent education services.

At the award ceremony, WEN Tao, executive director, CEO and president of Neusoft Education Technology Group, extended a New Year greeting and expressed heartfelt gratitude to all employees, their families, partners, and friends from various sectors who have consistently shown care and support for the growth of Neusoft Education.

In 2023, while all colleagues in Neusoft Education gathered strength and forged ahead, some excellent individuals and teams have become well-deserved leaders. In the following commendation session, leaders from the Education Group as well as the school presented awards to representatives of the Years of Service Awards, winners of excellent individual and team awards, as well as star employees and teams.

The Service Year Awards

WANG Weikun, senior vice president of Neusoft Education Technology Group, and SUN Wei, president of Neusoft Institute Guangdong, presented the Three-year Service Award, the Five-year Service Award, the Ten-year Service Award, and the Fifteen-year Service Award to the representatives.

WEN Tao, executive director, CEO and president of Neusoft Education Technology Group presented the Twenty-year Service Award to the representatives.

Star Staff & Star Team

As the final award was announced, all eyes were on the Star Staff and Star Team. Liu Jiren, founder of Neusoft and chairperson of Neusoft Education Technology Group, presented trophies and certificates to the winning representatives with great honor.

At the conclusion of the award ceremony, Chairperson LIU Jiren delivered a concluding speech wherein he extended his congratulations to all the victorious teams and individuals. He emphasized that “Neusoft Education has achieved significant progress in the past year. We have been implementing the strategy of "Enhancing Smart Education with Advanced Technologies and Empowering Students through Innovative Teaching Methods". The employment rate of graduates from our three schools is leading among similar universities in the region, and our schools have received numerous national and provincial awards for their outstanding achievements. These hard-earned accomplishments are a result of the dedication, innovation, and continuous improvement demonstrated by all Neusoft educators.”

Teacher LIU stressed that the advent of the digital era has brought unprecedented changes to the entire society, with new spaces, new values and new business models. In the face of future development trends, we should accelerate the deep integration of artificial intelligence, meta-universe, smart medical care, digital media and education. At the same time, we must think deeply about how education will create more development opportunities for students in the future, which is also a challenge for every teacher's innovation ability. To this end, the educators at Neusoft should persistently engage in learning, adapting, and innovating to become the catalysts of this era. They should transform today's achievements into tomorrow's driving force for change, continuously forging ahead towards a future full of possibilities, and making significant contributions to society.

The natural world and human society are in a perpetual state of evolution, giving rise to an incessant flow of novel concepts. 2024 is a new year for Neusoft Education to grasp the trend of the digital era, face the risks and opportunities in the demongraphic shift of fewer children and increasing aging population, and realize the stability and progress of Neusoft education.
